I went to Colse Aberfoyle Friday morning at 8:30am and was treated very rudely by the front brunette short haired lady with glasses and a bald guy she was talking with. Their costumer service was very poor and made me upset and uncomfortable from the things they were saying to me. I was getting money out for my nieces birthday and she insisted it was for illegal substance. when I assured her it was not she kept going on with the guy. These actions made me feel very uncomfortable when I constantly had to keep answering their stupid question. I felt like I was being bullied and will definitely be telling costumers about my experience.
I like coles products but this store really needs a facelift. Everything just seems a bit old. Was a bit of a mess today had to avoid boxes walking down the aisle. The staff are always friendly and it’s always fast to get served but I imagine this is because everyone goes to the updates woolies down the road.
I was disappointed with my recent experience at Coles on 13/01/2024. The promotion board outside led me to believe certain items were discounted, but when I purchased them and scanned at checkout, there was no discount. The staff explained it was an error, mentioning the promotion ended last week. This miscommunication and inconvenience left me dissatisfied with the shopping experience.
The obvious shift away from traditional checkouts is becoming a sore point among shoppers. Today, one checkout was open mid-afternoon with six people waiting with trollies. As well, the 12 items queue was also long. Despite it being patently obvious that people were getting frustrated waiting, no attempt was made to open more checkouts. It’s a bloody farce.

Well what can I say that the photo doesn’t, very messy rubbish down the aisle. Not a great look when the store is open, very limited range as well. Doesn’t stock a lot of lines, can see why a lot of people tend not to shop hear. On a positive the staff are always friendly
